Contessa Meals
Stove Top & Micro Steam

Review & Giveaway
Ends Tuesday 12/15 at 11:59pm

I had the opportunity to try a few Contessa Stove top and Micro steam meals. All of the Contessa Meals I tried were very good, and below I wrote about my favorite two. Many companies are now offering Steam and Stove top meals, but Contessa's quality, to me, far exceeded the other brands that I have tried. And
if you are big into the "GREEN" movement in reducing our carbon footprint, you will be happy to know that Contessa’s Green Cuisine plant uses advanced design, technology and processes to significantly reduce Contessa's environmental impact.

We tried a few Contessa Meals but The Shrimp Stir Fry was our favorite. It had all of our favorite veggies such as broccoli, baby corn and carrots. We love shrimp and found that the shrimp that came with the Contessa meal tasted delicious! Not to mention it only had 1% total fat.

Making the Stir fry was very simple and just required a very little bit of oil in a frying pan. The food became fully cooked in about 10 minutes and at the end I added the DELICIOUS sauce it came with and heated it for another minute. Usually I serve the Contessa meal's with bread but if we are extra hungry I also throw some rice in our rice maker, which complemented our Shrimp Stir fry well. If you like shrimp, and if your Grocery store carries the Contessa Shrimp Stir Fry be sure to give this one a chance!

Contessa also has Micro Steam Meals. We tried the Chicken Alfredo Micro Steam meal and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste! This Contessa meal definately doesn't taste like your TV dinners that you pop in the microwave. I love that you can put the whole bag in the microwave and TA-DA! Its Done!!! NO MESS! Also, once again the sauce that came with this meal was VERY GOOD. Actually, ALL of the Contessa meals I tried had a great homemade taste that really makes these meal great.

Busy Moms, if you need a quick meal for those nights that you are too tired or just don't have time to cook, you will love Contessa's simplicity and homemade taste.
